We've Got Forever

I look up at you, my face framed within your thighs.
Your eyes are dark and burdensome with need,
As my mouth plays sinuously over the topography of your flesh.
Tonight is a welcomed anomaly, for both of us, I think.
We are at the front of a long weekend, no plans other than to consume.
A low growl from deep in your chest chases me out of my reverie,
And I slide my tongue back down your length in consolation.
When my nose brushes soft against your stomach, you pant;
I can hear you straining to gather control of your wily lungs,
The sound reminds me to breathe and so I draw slowly off you.
It must feel cold to lose that heat, because your’e shivering now.
None too gently, your hands find my hair and pull me back on to you.
I love the friction of your swelling with desire inside me,
The pressure in my throat driving me to swallow thickly around you.
I cannot help the way my heart is jumping in my chest.
I steady myself with hands pressing into your hips.
The bite of nails dragging welts across soft skin must agree with you,
It makes your back arc up off the couch.
I don’t leave you as you render to me that which I was seeking,
Toasting to us as I imbibe you,
And my greedy mouth is momentarily slaked in this overture.
