Nightmare

At the end of that tunnel is not salvation
It is a nightmare
I can not run the other way
The darkness is sucking me in
The only light in this vast darkness is my soul
Slowly the light is dimming
What keeps it lit
Is my hope
My faith
That my higher power will save me
He would not abandon me
I just have to have patience and believe
As I get sucked deeper into the void
I can not believe my eyes
Their is a pinprick of light
I am being carried towards it
He has saved me from darkness once again
