Dreams to nightmares, when the void is full.
I dream a dream I’ve dreamed before
Where the world is no more
Floating in void
Devoid of hope
Devoid of joy
But not of me
I am still here after the ages have passed
Friends have come and gone, secrets shared at last
Bothing remains not even my past
I do wish you were here
Then this void would devoid of fear
My world of blank becomes crystal clear
But then I wake up
You are not here, unlike my fear.
When did my dream become a nightmare
Still in my waking hours
I find my mood sours
Each moment you are gone
I dream a dream I’ve dreamed before
I wish for the dream to stay where the world is no more
but I will never remain alone floating in void.
