Kiss of death

Together we appreciated the years as they went by.
With our love-myth too extraordinary to be true,
You told me that was fate, and I understood.
Still someone was vigilant of things we promised,
Then he attained to show himself.
I coud not do anything but just to beam,
With animosity lingering in my brain.
I witnessed my other soul abandoning,
Abandoning to somewhere I nevermore travelled,
I recall the time I last embraced  you,
You told me not of your plans.
When you were gone,
You left me with no assurance that you would return.
I soon learned to live in pain and sorrow,
Up until we meet again
Sleep well my love, sleep well!
