UNTITLED

In our sadness,
When the world seems too trying
And compassion waits unfound,
Are we losing the feeling?
In our sadness I will sink, I will drown.

When I wonder too long, the answers are there
But I don’t want your indifference now,
Give me your something no-one else could dare,
I need your love, your innocence, your stare,
Without, in our sadness, I can’t see, you’re not fair.

When I’ve gone, I’m killing time more and more,
Fuck life and the common goal
For I could live and die without it all,
My soul aches a hundred missives
And my body seems not long for the grind,
Won’t you please take us deeper
In our sadness, we could love, we could die, give me time.
