UNTITLED

Autumn leaves in summer rain,
Waylaid promise surrenders in shame,
And a hundred requitement’s lay cast apart
In accumulative nights holds a lonely star.

Collecting the stones of her young wish,
Pocket’d her kiss from stolen chance missed,
And a dozen cold eyes await from afar,
Unknowing her centre aches away from this heart.
