What is freedom?
One would say it’s the
absence of bondage.
Another would say it’s the
presence of wealth.

We’ve  all travelled this road
of slavery before but never did
man know more slavery than sin.

In the absence of bondage there is
the slavery of mind, conflicting
authorities battling for supremacy.

In the presence of wealth
there is the  slavery of justice,
enthroning self , in crucifixion of
the Saviour.

Therefore I’ve concluded
freedom is neither here nor there
but the presence of  the Master
directing man’s path .

My two cents worth.

Well written and thought provoking, then come free will and the parallels that follow. --- Nicely done, thanks for the read.

Thank u Jennifer. I honestly feel freedom from sin is the greatest liberty man can ever experience.

Very true! I like when you
say the greatest slavery is sin and the greatest freedom is in following God. Well said!
