Although we are apart.
To Sally Anne ..My dog,Best Friend.
No Farewell’s Sally as we looked to the skies.
I held you close as we said our goodbyes.
I’d never leave you on that fateful day.
As you had to go - I had to stay.
So i played God and it felt so wrong,
But the pain and suffering did not last long.
You fell in deep as i was whispering “Go sleep”.
“That Mommy love’s you and your going in Gods keep”.
You sailed away so peaceful and calm -
It was then i removed my loving arm.
1 Year has passed to this very day.
I still miss you Sally in every way.
