Fifteen

When you look back
You saw somebody full of joy– a child
Who wants to explore the world
In between that maturity didn’t fit the world
tried hard to fit but  got trapped
The feeling of growing older or being a child
Not knowing what it will lead to
But when you look back
you see somebody Who tried hard to hold your hand
Thinking about what you will become
Will you be able to look with gratitude or guilt
How will you face that innocent who already warned you
The world you need isn’t identical or a dream
Earlier you wanted to explore but now you avoid but because somebody will always be there to look at you
“You” a child to a bit older

Looking back, a joyful child longed to explore the world without a clear plan. Over time, the demands of maturity felt like an ill-fitting coat, trapping you between youth and adulthood. The future remains uncertain. You see the image of someone who guided you, asking whether you’ll feel gratitude for the lessons or guilt for deferred dreams.
The world you once yearned for is real, though your eagerness to explore has waned. Others now watch your journey from the perspective of both your past self and the present. It’s not just your path. But when you reflect on this path, you see the version of yourself who tried to guide you through it, holding your hand and pondering what the future might hold.
