Starting A New
Changing chapters in my life is what I do best,
always pushing the limit myself I test.
To break this barrier of scared little child
and releasing my life into the wild.
I cringe and shutter and the struggles I face,
but I conquer and over come
because I’ll never lose this race.
I’ll never be done
fighting for whats next,
so I can lay this pride to rest.
The only way that’ll happen is for these eyes to shut
and remain in darkness for my life to be cut
from this mortal world sending me to whats after,
Knowing that it will bring joy and laughter.
So I jump chapters easily leaving behind those who are shady,
til I die and grow to a new world as a baby.
