Sitting on the lake shore,
Which made my heart soar,
The water rippled at times,
Swirled into beautiful lines,
Clouds reflected in it’s mirror,
Moving like a giant pillar,
Across the open sky of night,
Storms coming into sight,
Churning up the water,
Making it hard to see afar,
Where the horizon meets,
Our hopes and dreams,
So sweet.

Beautiful !!! You have a very unique style to your writing, but it's still easy to understand. I enjoy that . Just beautiful.
