Victoria

Victoria,
You linger in my thoughts,
pulsating as if your heart still rested in my hands.
Blood, I see only in dreams,
she smiling as she fades away.
From her voice, to her warmth,
her colour a fiery hue.
Air through enamoured lips,
Orange,
Yellow,
Iridescent as I love you

I
continue to envision you in that long wedding gown, with eyes that fill the gardens with light.
Both dancing slowly,
Our hair flowing freely,
In the realm of infinity, we shine for all to see.
To feel.
Our existence infects everyone with immense joy.
How I wish to share a glass of wine with you again, erasing my alcoholism.
Seems impossible because it’s the only thing I can dream of.
You’re no longer here,
The wait killed me,
Until once again,
I resurrected from the cross you bore in your arms.
With every breath,
With every salty drop from your gentle eyelids...
I would reward each one with a kiss lasting a lifetime.
I promise never to hurt you again.
I hope you feel happiness again and again,
As you deserve.
My love for you will never fade,
Until I die once more,
and in my subsequent lives where I see goddess,
I will love you, mi amor,
Victoria,
The most beautiful name a woman can have.
The most precious being.
Exaggerating,
     I will love you forever.
