The Drop

They say that misery loves company; therefore you can do nothing for me.
I’m not giving you any empathy; your disrespect, insensitivity, and anger tells me you’re not worthy.
Yes, I would still shoot to the moon and stars for you; after all I still love you or are you so far gone you don’t have a clue? I wish you would realize that there is a pathway to tranquility; but in order to get there, you have to take responsibility.
Responsibility for actions, mistakes, and decisions that you made; I’m not God so I’m not asking for a confession, no need to elaborate.
You are really a beautiful soul; if anything, I just want you to grow. Leave that darkness alone, it’s leaving a stain; causing you spiritual and emotional pain, pain so unbearable you appear to be insane.
It’s like you fell from the mountain top; Jesus told me to shine my light on the mountain peak, I just hope you see the light from your drop.
I love you more than any language I could express; but your misery I refuse to allow in my world because it would lead me to digress.
I wish you wouldn’t take this the wrong way and try to understand; I miss you, I want you to come home where we can be together hand in hand.
