Tire

I tire from want
It’s struggle bare a barren desert
clasping toward a mirage of drunken desires
I cowardly obey and observe the choice
Seated only away from the helm
to pose no blockade of judgment or even thought,
and it does whatever it wants, it craves, and transforms
wants into objects of absurd need
needlessly
I tire.
