The Darkness creeps
The darkness creeps while people sleep.
Invading the mind, destroying dreams.
It went away when you woke up
but now its too late
consciousness is not enough
Try and try and try as you may, the darkness just won’t go away
You’ve gotten help, unwillingly and when help was asked
But the impending doom will not pass
Its back now, even worse than before
You’ve tried so hard but now you try no more
The walls are closing in, there’s no escape, no windows, no doors
It’s the end of me
Because the darkness creeps.
