I walked on the same path
With Pablo and Gabriella
Last night.
It is possible, too,
That I heard their music,
from closed windows
(it is just past winter, after all).
Pablo smiled his greeting,
As he strode boldly up the street
Toward me.
“Bienvenidos a Chile”, he said
With his eyes.
“The winter is over.”
Gabriella just smiled.
