**Sepia Lemon Trees**

In the amber glow of your eyes’ embrace,
Sepia lemon trees, a poignant trace.
Their branches laden, heavy with the past,
A bittersweet reminder, forever cast.

Each leaf a memory, etched in time,
A faded photograph, a fragile rhyme.
The scent of citrus, bittersweet and tart,
A tang of longing, lodged within my heart.

Beneath their shade, I seek a moment’s peace,
To gaze upon their grace, their beauty crease.
For in their sepia hues, I find a gleam,
A flicker of hope in life’s relentless stream.

Like aged parchment, their branches hold,
The stories of my soul, as they unfold.
Each wrinkle, a chapter, a tale to tell,
Of love, of loss, a bittersweet farewell.

Oh, sepia lemon trees of my dear eyes,
Your timeless charm, my weary soul belies.
In your embrace, I find a sanctuary deep,
Where memories dance and secrets gently sleep.
