I dont get why
people dont like the rain
the sky isnt crying
or in pain
 
its water from the sky
so different, quiet, untold.
 
i am not the sky
scratching my wrist
so much it bleeds
its not what i need
 
dont compare me to the sky
for it is not something you can hold
it cannot feel
or do what its told
 
its just water from the sky
not hot or cold
but something in between
i want to be up high
 
i get high
cause i like the view.
