Have You Ever
Trust is something you must earn, something like a paycheck. You need to work hard in order to obtain it.
Have you ever fell so hard that you scraped your knees and broke one of your arms? Well, that probably happened because the one that said he/she loved you, failed to catch you. They failed to abide by their promise of being there for you and not catering to you, but to be near you, holding you, and making your safe.
Have you ever shed so many tears that your pillow and silk sheets were soaked? Well that probably happened because the one who said he/she would be there to make sure your heart was warm, failed to be there to whipe your eyes, to kiss you, to ensure you, to listen to you, better yet, to hear you.
That person has broken your heart into tiny pieces, now like a puzzle, it’s hard for you to put them back together to create it’s original shape.
