The Titan's Black Stone

‘Tis a black stone underwater
Of a helmsman feeling pain.
‘Tis the fall of Titan’s daughter.

‘Tis a confident marauder,
Who, with blood, herself she stain;
‘Tis a black stone underwater.

‘Tis a girl who lost her father.
When she left him, lacked he rain.
‘Tis the fall of Titan’s daughter.

‘Tis a girl who sank her charters
And their owners, who were slain.
‘Tis a black stone underwater.

‘Tis an unsoiled, bodied caller.
Calls her mother, guilty as Cain.
‘Tis the fall of Titan’s daughter.

‘Tis a titan and not taller,
For life underwater lain;
‘Tis a black stone underwater,
‘Tis the fall of Titan’s daughter.
