Of how we should look,
Inside our heads.
An image that contains “Beauty.”
Abs,
Skinny,
Muscles,
Are all we think about when we look in the mirror.
Is this what we really should look like?
Should we really be so judgmental of ourselves?
It ruins our mental health.
It ruins our self-conscience.
It ruins who we are.
