I Can't Say
--
I felt the darkness
flying by,
I could feel the wind
flying through my gray
curtains
Hiding under the
blanket won’t any
good
Yet,
I couldn’t look at it in the face
If I did, I knew it would bring
me into this void of nothing
but my fathers face.
