Enlighten
Tears rushing down my face but what’s my confession
What am I crying for
God I’m blessed and I thank you for it all but what I do is it even worth it
What’s my purpose
What am I here for
We die everyday and there’s no cure in this madness
Is there method in it
Burnt dreams and crumbled up hopes and all we can do is ask God ... for guidance ask God for forgiveness
Pray for things to get better so in the mean time we suffer suffer for all our sins and all the bad decisions we make
People we love leave us and the ones that say they care device us
But all we can do is pray
God please won’t you make the bad things go away God won’t you make things better now
You see our pain? Can we have our blessings now? But we have to wait be patient for there’s no more blessings for today
God is great and forever worthy
But during the day we feel like there’s no salvation
No end to our pain
But our blessings are coming and they will be worth it
... even in the pouring rain.
