My mind is like an untrained vortex
Going where it will
Thinking what it will

Forgetting where it was
Continuously, rotating
Like a whirlpool
at a pool party

Repeatedly dropping things
Just to pick them up
Finding that they don’t work
the way they once did

But they work nonetheless
Like a car missing it’s tires
It just doesn’t run well

Let’s stay with this car analogy
0 to 60 in 11 seconds
When your opponent goes
0 to 60 in 9 seconds

The car’s a little slower
But the driver’s just as well-trained
The jumpsuit can even withstand the heat of the blower
But the engine runs a little slower

He may be in second
But he’s not counted as lost
