solitude

Alone I reflect, reflecting when I was once a shining light. A gift it seemed a transcending light for all to see. Embrassing the morning was I told. A morning star.the grips of solitude bruise the spirit. Alone it seems as we.. did I say we?.. alone it seems as I reflect constantly as we’.. opps! Dwelling in my pain no one understands, the blind can’t see as they pass judgement upon a wounded soldier . Lost I feel amongst them, they know nothing of who I am. I remain hidden covered in grief and sorrow. Confused I feel tryin to put the pieces back together,  alone in my thoughts a secret I hold my darkside shrouds me sometimes as I watch them turn away, I’m not like them I’m alone. I look towards my only friend it seems as she wipes the tears, comforting, her presence some may fear but as for me I love her. Alone dwelling in my thoughts  she makes an appearance . Gracefully she whispers “ I love you”. She’s really all I think about. If u didn’t know, forever she has to offer and forever it is that I seek.
