A fitting adieu

I don’t mind exiting,
but
I hate to do it alone,
I need some folks,
To cry for me and mourn,
I don’t mind leaving,
I want my exit to be  felt,
A long team of wailing loved ones,
Crying, weeping and grieving;
I need a horse-drawn carriage,
With my hearse set on it,
With a big band and flowers strewn on it;
When the padre lets me down,
The grave, with the  wails of mourners,
“Do not close on him”.!!.

(2005)

Poem is about the nature of one's exit. Mourners, sentiments.
