Sitting in this room
With this pen and this pad
Tears in my eyes
And my feeling all sad
The life of the party
Just left the room
He’s only gone for a bit
We’ll all see Him soon
He was taken from us
Without a chance for a goodbye
Now we’re left here
Without Him by our side
He’s gone in body
But his spirit is still here
Always be remembered
With every single tear

As you watch from up above
I’m forever thankful
For the little time we had
I will smile for you my brother
Even though I’m sad
I wake up in the morning
And walk into your room
Hoping this is just an illusion
That will go away real soon
I can’t trick myself
Into thinking it’s not real
Words can never express
The way i really feel
I will live the rest of my life
With you in my heart
Just like we did on this earth
Until god split us apart
Sleep now my brother
Enjoy your new home
