Clarity

Through black eyes I once saw the world,
Humanity in vanity and death in white pearls,

Avenues of confusion and paths paved with sand,
A light burned bliss through the offer of His hand,

A peace dressed in gold and life flowing from His mouth,
That internal fire now gratefully burnt out,

Wisdom of will and His will to be wise,
I Sinfully crawled through my life in disguise,

Pain from innocence and innocence untrue,
Stripped of my childhood and so my colour was blue,

He said rise glorious man, but a man still you are,
Forever I will knock on your hearts dark scar,

My eyes now do not see, darkness in blue,
A sky graced with diamonds rings spectacularly true.
