I was Killed by a Girl Named Ana

I met a girl named Ana
she seemed kind, funny, and sweet
but one thing about Ana
she didn’t let me eat

Ana made me happy
Ana made me thin
with Ana you couldn’t lose
she would only let you win

but sometimes she was rough
she would slit each thigh
though i didn’t really care
for it was much more painful to cry

i was never good enough for Ana
always too fat
until one day i’d had enough
i told myself im done with this brat

but she wouldn’t let me go
Ana held on
Until one fateful day;
and on that day i was gone

I met a girl named Ana
she wouldn’t let me free
because the thing with Ana
was that she was me

This poem is about a struggle with anorexia, I've lost friends because of Ana. and anyone struggling with anorexia, you can always talk to me.
