Our Perfection

Your eyes drawing me in,
though not with seduction
An emotional volcano,
proceeding destruction
My walls start to crumble,
from your dominant corruption
I let you inside,
without thought of abduction
To find myself staring,
you look at me glaring
I continue uncaring,
my soul never despairing
From torrential tearing,
you fold my disguise

Now in a moment of peace,
I gaze in your eyes
Like two diamond stars,
in an ocean of skies
Though its not so much a love,
but a silent connection
In only that moment an eternity could pass ...
without rejection
With hair as an angel,
this may be deception
Though no matter the outcome,
I affirm its perfection
Inter twined so perfect,
until the moment is past
And as all perfect moments,
a short time they last
