TO A SPECIAL FRIEND
The joy we share
draws a lovely smile on your face.
I always tebd to stare
when your dimples force me to gaze.
It’s a pity our minds differ.
You define our friendship to be intense.
Being my friend, is a great masseur to your heart.
To me it just makes no sense!
“Hi friend!” you would say at our meetings.
Even though I wish I was more
with a grin, i sadly return your greetings.
And as for my feelings, I tend to ignore.
I love and respect you with my heart and soul
but I always fail to reveal the untold...

The feeling that most pupils are familiar with.. when a male person is deeply in love with his best female friend but always fail to spill the beans as this may conflict with their friendship.
