If my life flashed before my eyes,
It would be the memories of you the I would see,
Every moment spent with you I would cherish,
I waited all my life for a love like you and I had,
And its sad that it was short lived,
But every moment spent with you,
Every minute, hour and day that passed,
I feel deeper and deeper in love with you,
While you are not here with me,
I would always love you in this life and the next,
A love like this only comes around once,
And I could never love another the way I loved you,
Even though you broke my heart into a thousand pieces,
It still beats for you,
I don’t care how long it takes to put the pieces back together
But my love for you would last a thousand years,
You were my world and my life,
The reason for living,
It was your love that held me down,
And while it wasn’t perfect it was worth fighting for,
Even if it has rough edges,
As long as I have you there is no obstacle we cant overcome,
I hope one day you would realize what we had is true love
But the thought of being miserable over someone I cant have
Is too much for me to bear
so i sit up at nights reliving every thought of you and i
