Lady of Darkness
Oh Lady of Darkness,
Here my call,
I worship you above all
as the great God Zeus
honors your name.
Aid me in my request
and bring me your wisdom,
of Life and Death.
Guide me far beyond these shores.
You are the three faces
of the Great Mother,
You watch over women
who are wronged.
Protect the ones in your care.
Guide us through the rite of birth
and protect our young ones.
As you hid the precious child
from this devouring father.
You stand at the crossroads of life.
Guiding men on their journeys.
You stand at the doorway and
greet the weary travelers.
