Looking and waiting
for the light to shine
to shine straight through
my darkest of times
Lonely and waiting
to be rescued by “one”
seeking and waiting
for agape love
I need to release
all my secrets and fears
but I fear all my secrets
and I secretly fear
I try so hard
to see with Your eyes
Your eyes of goodness
tenderness and light
Your full of life
hope and love
