A pure heart
With good intentions
Kind and caring
Loving but selfish
How is he, he can’t
Stand seing her with someone
He’s heart is mistaken
His intentions are unbelievable
She loves him so she’s patient
All she does and say is

Only she can say to herself
Get over it but yet she doesn’t
She’s beaten, disrespected yet she says

All her friends call her a fool
Her family has disowned her
She prays for a better tomorrow

Lord heard me so only he has
A say on what’s next and says

If only the pillows could speak
They would say I’ve had enough
Of your tears could you keep them
To your self
Even with tears and bruses
On her face she still says
Let it be
Has she been failed by the lord?
Has she failed her self?
Has her family failed her?
Has her friends failed her?
Has her husband failed her?
Has she turned blind?
Her pure heart is no longer pure
She has no intentions any more
She’s lost all the love she possessed
Yet she still says
