i am what I am
I may not be what you want me to be
this is my life
It wouldn’t be my life if I lived by your rules
I am not aimless
I have a plan on how to live my life
Being aimless would mean I’m hopeless
With no hope of success
I am what I am
and not what you want me to be
Its horrendous to tell me how to live my life
You don’t know my struggle nor my strive
I’ve had my ups and downs and I survived
I am not what I am not
I am not what you thought
I am what I am
And I’m grateful for all I have
