Talk

I want to talk to somebody
Somebody like me
When you pull back the cheeks
Whatever color, there is a tongue
That may not speak the same language
But still has something to say

Somebody with a solid chest
No matter if it is full or flat
A chest that cradles a beating heart
The source of power for all desires
As well as the actions that carry them out

Somebody with a body
The size nor the shape matters
As long as that body has a soul
A soul no more bare than mine
Like a blank slate being morphed
By their own realities

I want to talk to somebody
Somebody like me
When you pull back the hair
Whatever kind, there is a mind
That may not have the same thoughts
But share the same potentials

So talk to me
