Angel in disguise
You peer into my world,
What do you see? Loneliness and Pain.
Shivering, emptiness, white as a ghost in the rain.
You wonder why this woman is empty inside and out????
Life gone down the drain.
You step into her world,
Just to see a dim light far away,
A glimmer of hope lies in her way.
You take the chance to open up,
But soon you will see she’ll shine brightly
on earth and have new life.
You’ve slept by my side,
Your blue eyes strapped for the ride
She now has pride,
knowing she will never have to hide.
Your spirit has entered my heart
And it’s my hope we never part
For you are so special to me.
You’re my angel in disguise.
