So much pain and strife

Burned the candle at both ends

Now trying to keep up with the  Jones’s and there friends

found myself in a perfect life

Buetiful kids and wonderful wife

Flat screen tv, car on the drive

Upper crust friends, Dinner partys and smiles

my past keeps on hunting me down

I cant fit in this slot

This life is so what im not!

Im a peg, in the wrong hole

I have burried needs

This life does not know

How do I tell, how do I show

I need to shout, shout it all out

My old needs, Are still there

Every day I still crave that needle
