Farewell to friends

Farewell to friends,
The kind that push.
The word constantly bends.
I live a life of isolation.
While others play in their bubble of ignorance,
I sit in my consolation.
Goodbye playground,
Of childhood memories.
I have made my time around.
Ado to my feelings
For I am numbed by everything I feel.
I’m quite finished with hatred’s dealings.
Bye to myself:
The one who stood once so proudly.
I might just wither and die myself.
Now you have crumbled and fallen.
To you, my story I tell.
I bid ado to love,
Which has failed me o so sadly.
Release me like a caged dove.
I’m done with the sound and fury of you.
Farewell to life itself,
The only life I ever knew.
