when the shadows of life left your face
I turned to my god full of grace
I asked is it true will I never see you
or hold you and love you again
He said faith must be strong
And as time journeys on
You will meet and will love once again
Fear and pain will be gone just your love lingers on
And together you, ll walk hand in hand
I believe what he said that you, ll never be dead
Just gone to place far away where theres no deciet
Where loved ones will meet
And we, ll talk about all the old times
We, ll laugh and we, ll sing and do many a thing
That gave us such fun in the past
But the best thing of all is we never will part
And in heaven it realy will last.

My daughter died two years ago and writing this helps me to remember
her fun nature and not dwell on the loss I feel.
