Look inside myself, I’m beside myself

As I watch the world turn.

Fears I hide, are the tears I cry

Hold the match until my

fingers burn.

Memories linger like diseases and still I yearn

For just a piece of peace, I seek release,

From all of my concerns.

I’ve rolled it tight and smoked it up,

And threw it all away.

I’ve put it down just to pick it up,

Only got myself to blame.

Rearranging words and phrases stuck in a daze for days.

Its not just words its my point of view,

And to all of you its just a game.

Call me marc or no-k, withers fine its just a name.

Where I go or what I do from here on out is why I changed.

Need to cleanse myself and befriend myslelf, before this hell becomes my place.

And the goals that I have yet to achieve, get lost in my outter space.

I’m lost and out of place, in a race against time.

Saw the devil face to face and told him take it back it isn’t mine.
