I’m thinking of you.
My heart is yearning.
Yearning for a love that will never be, that never was.
I’m picturing you, the outline of your face, that perfect face.
To me anyway... in my mind you are king.
You reign over me, leaving me wanting more.
Looking towards a future that will never be.
Our flower never got to blossom, what a sad tale to tell.
Sleep now Miara, dream happily til morn, in a land where kings and queens will dance till dawn.

We've all been there, lying in bed thinking of someone who's meant something to us but for one reason or another 'it's not gonna happen'. This was written in about two mins (after 2 lovely glasses of wine). Starry eyed and yearning. What a combo ;)
