Light Switch
For the ones who hurt
As I sit here and think, I look back to the day that you and I met.
Thinking back to that day feels like I’m trying to catch a fish without bait.
I am slowly figuring out what went wrong, with what we felt, it was just like a love song.
I figured it out, now I remember, you opened me up like a box.
But you didn’t hesitate to tape me back together.
I used to have this light inside of me but now it’s gone.
You turned off that light with just a switch, but now that it’s off,
There goes my happiness..
