Cannabis Common Sense and Compassion
A lack of compassion and common sense
Is shown by parliamentarians towards pot
They’re devoid of cannabis understanding
And blind to the daily pains of poorly folks
They don’t care about suffering they inflict
Hypocritically taking a moral high ground
They denounce nature as an evil mistake
And spew out the same old tired rhetoric
Misinformation, blatent lies, and slander
They have vested interests in continuing
The profitable cannabis prohibition scam
A ganjah ban is advantageous to so many
A lucrative nice little earner lines pockets
They gain revenue with their sly politricks
Supressing our golden plants of high merit
A highly esteemed therapeutic miracle herb
That we should use to ease folks suffering
But instead used as political tool of control
It is time that we were ruled by compassion
That common sense becomes a top priority
And folks are unconditionally allowed to use
And benefit from the undeniable therapeutic
Medicinal value of cannabis, a caring therapy
