Torn Through

Hear me out.
My heart is racing,
As your hands slide over mine.
A whisper in my ear.
So strong but yet soft.
Hell, what would I miss
If I didn’t give you that kiss.
The moment you share in darkness
Between two will be,
The feeling you try so hard to see.
To understand.
Something so kind.
Something in life you want,
But deep down it will only haunt.
My heart screams with no fear,
But broken words will only shed a tear
The salty vengeance.
Ripping through.
I will never know what is true.
Because my heart wasn’t loud enough,
That sure makes things quite tough.
So how do I speak,
Without being so weak?
But you made it clear,
That it will never be near.
What the air has carried,
Forever it will be buried.
