1.   Suggests that the Nations of Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan to increase border security in accordance to recommendations given by nations of UNESCO
2.   Promotes an investigation into the state Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
3.   Recommends To the United Nations general assembly to set up a committee to oversee the investigation in the Democratic republic of Congo and South Sudan and convey its findings and recommendations to the United nations third committee (Social Cultural and Humanitarian Committee
i.   To explore the possibility of a multilateral intervention in the mentioned states according to the findings of the above mentioned committee;
ii.   Such a possibility, if deemed necessary, will only be encouraged if conducted by or in coordination with the affected state’s incumbent government,
