For every day
I would have to say
Twisted reverence
Is wasted service
Be yourself or feel left out
Controlling one’s self is more far out
Keep credulity at bay
Lest sovereignty have all there is to say
Idle contempt is not what I seek to profess
Simply power for the meek to possess
Would a soliloquy suffice
Surely I would think twice
Speak aloud enough to be profound
There isn’t much to go around
Keep this in mind and you will find
