a bar of soap to a pebble,
hell, even the tiles to plaster.
if i could tear myself apart
and scrub my bones
to only marrow.
i would.
my skin to muscles,
my hands to joints,
my hair to scalp.
anything to get rid of your fingertips,
and the indents they made.
