Wiccan Path

Black tights and boots long black coat and hair
Please by all means do stop and stare
I’m a witch yes that’s right
On the contrary to belief
I do not bite
In the air I am just a leaf
Blowing free, searching for where I belong
Forget all you thought
I am a witch of the good sort
Walking across this path
Pagan beauty
Shadowed dark
The night brings me alive
Runs deep under my skin
For Greater power I strive
A journey for self discovery I begin
I read a book here and read a book there
Followed by a ritual, maybe a prayer
I see beauty all around
From the moon down to the ground
The rain soothes my inner pain and skin
The sun dries and warms my soul
The wind stirs my thoughts and ideas within
But it’s a storm that makes me feel whole
I study the night sky
The goddess is here again
Time to find answers, time to ask why
A full moon, up above
Can you feel the magic and the love
Around my altar I cleanse my vessel
Cleanse this space
A piece of paper burning, that says all
The flame flickers and lights up my face
From all the ash and the remaining wax
Come positivity and peace
Time to reflect and relax
